In the Starlit app
- Open Account, then choose Delete account.
- Enter your password if requested.
- Choose Permanently delete account, then complete any Apple or Google confirmation shown.
If Apple is connected to your account, this also revokes Starlit’s Apple authorization. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
If you can’t access the app
Email chase.bullock@throughreflection.com with the subject “Starlit account deletion request.” Tell us the email address associated with your Starlit account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password.
What gets deleted?
Deletion covers your profile, preferences, library activity, tarot history, and notification registrations. The Privacy Policy explains the full scope, timing, provider retention, and limited exceptions.
After verifying your request, we delete personal data from Starlit’s live systems and initiate deletion of the Firebase sign-in account within 30 days. Starlit-controlled backups expire within 90 days of live-system deletion. Providers may follow separate retention periods described in the policy.
Need help with a deletion?
If the app shows “Deletion requested,” your sign-in account may still be finishing removal. You don’t need to submit the request again. Contact us if you’re unsure of the result.
